Hope you are bearing up under the lockdown.
Some of you might be feeling your household is too crowded and you want to get out! Others might be feeling lonely and you are eager to get out for a different reason.
Whatever our situation Jesus is with us by His Spirit and comes to make His Home in us, in our hearts.
Jesus says, ‘If anyone loves me, he will obey my teaching. My Father will love him, and WE will come to him and make our home with him.’ (John Chapter 14 verse 23).
Do read if you can the verses around, 23-27, or even Chapter 14 verses 15-27.
Tomorrow is Sunday, in case you have lost track, and I was supposed to be speaking away at St Mary’s Church, Kettering, a very traditional and high church in the Diocese, where I have got to know the Vicar a bit. I still wrote my sermon for there and sent it to my friend so he could read it out for his livestream Mass! Having spent some time preparing it, I thought I would also send it you all tomorrow morning.
In terms of services you might like to join in with either live or later, there are things on the TV and the radio, as well as on the internet.
Some suggestions so you can do some planning ahead before tomorrow.
