Sunday Worship

As the infection rates come down in Northampton, and as a good number of our church community have had their first vaccination jab we’ve been feeling brave enough to think about restarting physical services under strict conditions.

So we are again planning to have 2 services this coming Sunday (7th), in the same format we did before the latest lockdown, a short service starting at 10am in the small hall of our church building, and then an online service via Zoom at 11am as per our usual custom.

We will have virtual Holy Communion as part of our 11am service, if you would like to participate please bring your own bread and wine/juice.

At the 10am service we will sit socially distanced, we will listen to some music but won’t be able to sing, there will be a reading from the Bible and a short talk, and some prayers.
The service will last about 35 minutes.

As important as ever, please do not come if you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19, and you will need to bring a mask to wear.
And if you do stay to chat a bit afterwards, please can you do it outside and again keep socially distanced from one another.

Also to say, even if you were a “regular” at our physical services at the end of last year, don’t feel you have to come again straightaway; please do what you feel most comfortable doing.
